Lazy River Cottage

At Lazy River Cottage, enjoy a 32' long covered sitting porch facing Little River, complete with a 5’ porch swing and 4 of your favorite rocking chairs. Lazy River Cottage sleeps 10 and has three bedrooms and a sleeping loft. There are two large master bedrooms, both with king beds, private master bathrooms, and a wall of windows with beautiful river views, one on each floor. There is a third bedroom upstairs with a queen bed and semi-private bathroom that is shared with a large sleeping loft. The sleeping loft sleeps four with two twin beds, each with trundles. Downstairs is "wheelchair friendly", not ADA compliant, with 36" doorways, a ramp from the parking area, and a walk-in oversized shower in the master bedroom on the main floor. The first floor also includes a half bath, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, multi-cup coffee maker, microwave, custom wood island that seats two, dining area that accommodates eight, gas fireplace, and washer and dryer. The fire pit area includes adirondack chairs for enjoying the nights by the river. There is a sitting area by the water with a floating dock perfect for fishing, swimming, or kayaking.
